Terms of Service | Amplifiq

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the Amplifiq Agent Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Agent Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Kenya (or another jurisdiction where Amplifiq operates) to register as an agent. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Agent Responsibilities

Submit only genuine, first-hand leads. Fabricated or duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
Obtain consent from any individual whose details you submit on the platform.
Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Comply with all applicable Kenyan data-protection and consumer-protection laws.

4. Compensation & Payouts

Compensation is paid per approved submission at the rate displayed on each task. Amplifiq reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet quality standards. Approved earnings are credited to your wallet and may be withdrawn subject to a minimum threshold. Amplifiq may amend payout rates with 7 days' notice.

5. Referral Commissions

Agents with a unique referral link earn a commission on orders placed by referred clients. Commission rates and duration are set by Amplifiq and may change with reasonable notice. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Submitting false, misleading, or plagiarised lead data.
Attempting to manipulate the referral or submission system.
Sharing or selling your account to any third party.
Any conduct that violates applicable law or harms Amplifiq or its clients.

7. Termination

Amplifiq may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. Earned, approved balances will be paid out within 14 business days unless withheld for investigation of fraud.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amplifiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the earnings credited to your wallet in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
