Submitting Your First Lead

A step-by-step walkthrough of how to find a task, fill in the lead form, and submit for approval.

Steps

  1. 1

    Go to Tasks in your dashboard sidebar.

  2. 2

    Browse the list of active acquisition tasks. Each card shows the payout per approved submission.

  3. 3

    Click a task to open the detail page. Read the description and instructions carefully.

  4. 4

    Scroll to Submit a Lead and fill in all required fields — business name, phone number, email, location, etc.

  5. 5

    Click Submit Lead. Your submission instantly appears under My Submissions with a Pending status.

  6. 6

    Once a reviewer approves it, the payout is credited to your wallet automatically.

Pro Tips

  • Double-check phone numbers and emails before submitting — duplicate or invalid data is a common rejection reason.
  • If a lead is rejected with a reason, correct it and resubmit from the Submissions page.
  • Some tasks have a per-agent submission cap — check the task detail before you start.
Earnings

Understanding Your Earnings & Withdrawals

How payouts are calculated, when they are credited to your wallet, and how to withdraw.

Steps

  1. 1

    All earnings — task payouts and referral commissions — go into your Wallet (visible on the Earnings page).

  2. 2

    Task payouts are credited immediately when a submission is approved.

  3. 3

    Referral commissions are credited when the referred client's order is processed.

  4. 4

    Your wallet shows Available Balance (withdrawable) and Pending Balance (not yet released).

  5. 5

    To withdraw, go to Earnings → Withdraw and enter your M-Pesa number or bank details.

  6. 6

    Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days.

Pro Tips

  • A minimum withdrawal threshold may apply — check the Earnings page for the current minimum.
  • Keep your M-Pesa number up to date in your profile settings.
  • All transaction history is visible under Earnings → Transactions.

Setting Up Your Agent Profile

Complete your profile to unlock full platform access and get approved faster.

Steps

  1. 1

    After signing up, go to Profile in the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Add your full legal name, phone number, and a profile picture.

  3. 3

    Enter your National ID number — this is required for identity verification and payouts.

  4. 4

    Add your county and city so you appear in location-based task assignments.

  5. 5

    Save your changes. Our team reviews new profiles normally within 24 hours.

  6. 6

    Once approved, your status changes to Active and you can start submitting leads.

Pro Tips

  • Ensure your ID number exactly matches your government-issued ID.
  • A complete profile increases your chances of being assigned to premium tasks.
Progression

Agent Tiers & How to Level Up

Understand the Standard → Silver → Gold → Platinum progression and what each tier unlocks.

Steps

  1. 1

    Every new agent starts at the Standard tier.

  2. 2

    Your tier is reviewed periodically based on your submission volume and approval rate.

  3. 3

    Reach Silver by consistently submitting quality leads and earning a solid approval rate.

  4. 4

    Reach Gold and Platinum through sustained high performance over time.

  5. 5

    Higher tiers unlock access to exclusive high-value tasks not visible to lower tiers.

  6. 6

    Some tasks also offer higher per-submission payouts for Gold and Platinum agents.

Pro Tips

  • Quality matters more than quantity — a high approval rate accelerates tier progression.
  • Your current tier is always visible on your Profile page.
  • Tier changes are communicated via email and in-app notification.
